Copy this into the 'autoexec.cfg' file in your Counter-Strike folder after
you have generated your custom buy script.
You have to bring down the console in the game and type 'exec autoexec.cfg' for this to work, only once though.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN AUTOEXEC.CFG
Go into your cstrike folder and make a text file with notepad, then all you have to do is copy in the script. after that click save as and then at the bottom there should be a pulldown menu, select all files.
In the file name box type in autoexec.cfg.
That is all you have to do, it should convert it to a cfg for you.
